Why a browser is all you need
Modern online casinos run as web applications. The lobby, your account, the cashier and the games themselves load from the server into your browser, so there is nothing to install. For you as a player, that means less maintenance: updates happen on the operator’s side, not on your device.

Which browser to choose and how to set it up

Logging in and your browser session

Signs that something is off:
- the address contains a typo or an unusual ending,

When a page or game will not load
Most problems can be fixed with a few simple steps. Try them in this order:
- Refresh the page and check your connection (does another site load?).
- Update your browser to the latest version.
- Clear the cache and cookies for that site; you will then need to log in again.
- Temporarily disable ad and script blockers.
- Try a different browser or a private window.
- If a game freezes mid-round, do not keep clicking. The result of the round is usually recorded on the server, and you will find it in your history.
