A basic map of the interface
Dukat.bet runs on the Betterix platform, and its interface follows the same logic as most modern casinos. At the top you will find a header with the logo, the login and access to your account. Below it, or in a side panel, sits the main menu with categories, and in the middle is the lobby itself with its game tiles.
The footer at the bottom of the page is often overlooked. That is exactly where you tend to find links to the terms, privacy, responsible gaming, the help section and support contacts.
On mobile the menu usually hides behind a three-line (hamburger) icon and the lobby narrows to one or two columns. The logic stays the same; only the layout changes. More on this in the section on mobile access.
The layout may change over time, so treat the description below as typical rather than definitive.
Searching by title and filtering by studio
When you know what you want, search is the fastest route. The magnifying-glass field is usually in the header or above the lobby. Just type the first few letters, for example ‘Gonzo’, and results generally appear as you type.
A few small things help when searching:
- leave out accents and apostrophes if nothing comes up,
- try just one word from the title (for example ‘Bandits’ instead of the full name),
- for games with a number (Dead or Alive 2), include the number.
A studio filter is handy when you have a favourite developer. Online casinos usually offer it as a drop-down list or a row of logos. That way you can quickly display, say, only BGaming, NetEnt or Quickspin games; you will find profiles of these studios on our NetEnt page and others.
Some lobbies also let you sort games (alphabetically, by popularity, newest first). Whether and how this works at Dukat.bet is something to check in the lobby itself.
Favourites and recently played games
Most players keep coming back to a handful of games. That is why casinos commonly offer two shortcuts: a favourites list and a history of recently played games.
You typically add a favourite by clicking the heart or star icon on a game tile. The list is tied to your account, so it should also appear when you log in on another device. Recently played games are mostly filled in automatically.
Both features are only available once you are logged in. Where exactly they sit at Dukat.bet is something to check in the lobby or in the account menu.
A small tip: tidy up your favourites regularly. A short list is quicker than a long one.
What a game tile tells you before you launch it
A tile in the lobby is more than a picture. It usually shows the game title and the studio, sometimes a label such as ‘new’, ‘popular’ or ‘jackpot’. Hovering with the mouse (or tapping on mobile) often brings up buttons to launch the game, and possibly a demo mode too.
A demo version is useful for getting to know the controls and mechanics without real money. Not every casino offers it for every game, though, and some only make it available after login. How this works at Dukat.bet is something to check on the specific game.
For live tables the tile often shows the current state: the dealer’s name, recent results or the betting range. This information changes in real time, so treat it as a guide and check the limits at the table itself before placing a bet.
One thing to keep in mind. A ‘popular’ label tells you about popularity, not about your chances of winning.
The game info panel: where to find RTP and rules
Every game has its own information: the rules, the paytable and often the theoretical return to player (RTP). In slots, this panel opens via an ‘i’ icon, a question mark or a menu in the corner of the game. In live games it is usually in the table’s top bar.
Why bother? The RTP is stated by the developer, but the operator may use a different configuration. The figure in the info panel of the specific game is therefore the one that applies. For example, Starburst by NetEnt has an RTP of 96.08% and low volatility according to the developer; check in the game whether the number matches.
We say more about reading mechanics and paytables in our article on slot mechanics.
Quick table: I want to… → where to click
The layout is typical of web casinos and may differ at Dukat.bet or change over time.
| I want to… | Where to click (typically) | Tip |
|---|---|---|
| find a specific game | magnifying glass in the header | the first few letters of the title are enough |
| see games from one studio only | studio filter in the lobby | combine it with a category |
| go back to a favourite game | heart icon / favourites section | works once logged in |
| find out a game’s RTP | ‘i’ icon in the game | the figure in the specific game applies |
| change the language | switcher in the header or footer | SK, HU, EN |
| set limits | account menu → settings | check which tools are available |
| deposit or withdraw money | cashier in your account | see deposits and withdrawals |
| contact support | footer or help section | have your account ID ready |
Switching languages: Slovak, Hungarian, English
Alongside Slovak, Dukat.bet also caters for Hungarian and English language versions. The language switcher is usually in the header (a flag or an SK/HU/EN abbreviation) or in the footer.
Changing the language normally translates the menu, the cashier and the terms. The games themselves may have their own language setting: some slots follow the site language, others the browser language. Live tables have their language set by the dealer and the table.
If some text stays in another language after switching, that is not unusual.
The same goes for support. Just because the site is in English does not necessarily mean customer service will reply in English, so check the support language when you first get in touch.
