Who the controller is and what this covers
The controller of personal data for the dukatbet.online website is the dukatbet.online editorial team, Kossuth Lajos tér 1-3, 1055 Budapest, email info@dukatbet.online.
This policy applies only to our information site. If you open an account at Dukat.bet, your data is processed by the casino operator under its own rules – you will find them on its website. We have no access to that data.

What information is generated when you visit
When you simply read the site, we do not know your name or email address. Some technical data is generated, however, without which the site would not work or we would not know what readers are looking for.

We do not ask for sensitive data (such as ID documents or payment details). If anyone sends it to us, we delete it.
Google Analytics 4 and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 from Google to measure traffic. Analytics cookies are loaded only after you give consent in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time – simply change your choice or delete cookies in your browser.
GA4 truncates IP addresses and works with pseudonymous identifiers, so we cannot identify a specific person from the results. Data may also be transferred outside the EU; in doing so, Google relies on standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
The retention period for analytics data follows the GA4 settings, by default roughly 14 months. Essential cookies contain only information about your consent choice.
How long we keep data
We keep data only for as long as the purpose requires. Server logs are used to detect attacks and errors and are overwritten on a rolling basis. We archive emails for as long as needed to deal with the matter or to show how we dealt with it.
We protect data with standard measures: an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access and up-to-date software.
Links to other sites and profiling
On some pages we link to the Dukat.bet platform or to game manufacturers’ websites. Once you click, you leave our site and the rules of that site apply – including for cookies. Links to Dukat.bet may contain UTM parameters, which only tell the operator that you came from us.
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the site.

What you can request and where to complain
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent to analytics cookies without giving a reason.
Send your request to info@dukatbet.online. We will handle it within the timeframe set by the GDPR.
If you feel that processing is not in order, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence. In Slovakia, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. As the controller is based in Budapest, the lead supervisory authority is the Hungarian authority NAIH (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság).
